Can I change a QR code after printing it?
Yes. The QR points to a MelodyQR SmartLink with a permanent public identity. Update its destination in your workspace and the same printed code leads to the new destination.
What can I link to?
Websites, WhatsApp, phone, email, SMS, maps and payment links. Create landing pages, menus of links and vCards, share a PDF menu, or connect your existing booking and ordering services.
What do analytics tell me?
Track scans over time, filter by SmartLink or collection, and explore approximate geography, devices and destinations. Compare activity across your campaigns and placements.
Do I pay for each teammate?
No. Starter and higher include unlimited workspace members. Free is a personal workspace. Plans differ by SmartLink capacity, features and storage. Roles and permissions still control what each member can do.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free includes 1 active SmartLink, 3 destinations, 1 automatic rule and 25 MB. Create your page, design your QR and view its scans. Compare plans for more capacity.
How reliable are redirects on Free?
Free and paid plans share the same redirect infrastructure and reliability.
What happens if I deactivate or delete a SmartLink?
An inactive QR shows an inactive page. Reactivate it when your plan has active capacity. Deletion is permanent, and its public identity remains reserved. Scan history follows your analytics retention period.
Can I purchase a paid plan today?
New workspaces start on Free. Billing shows the plan options for your workspace.
What can Pro do with batches and routing?
Pro includes batch creation and bulk actions for SmartLinks, API access, A/B experiments, and direct URL parameters. Automatic rules can also route by time or operating system; country-based rules depend on the supported routing context.
