Can I change a QR code after printing it?
Yes. The QR points to a MelodyQR SmartLink with a permanent public identity. Update its destination in your workspace and the same printed code leads to the new destination.
What can I link to?
Websites, WhatsApp, phone numbers, email, SMS, maps, payment links and supported deep links. You can also publish an uploaded PDF, such as a menu, and replace it without reprinting the QR.
What do analytics tell me?
You can explore scan activity over time, filter by SmartLink or collection, and view breakdowns such as geography, devices and destinations. Geography is approximate. A scan does not necessarily mean a unique visitor or a conversion.
Do I pay for each teammate?
No. Starter and higher include unlimited workspace members. Free is a personal workspace. Plans differ by SmartLink capacity, features and storage. Roles and permissions still control what each member can do.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free includes one active SmartLink, scan analytics and 25 MB of workspace storage. Free supports manual destination changes, PDFs and custom QR design. Free includes one automatic rule and three destinations. Starter has unlimited rules and destinations, plus timers, templates, additional collections, teammates and API access.
Will a free QR redirect more slowly?
No. Free and paid links use the same redirect reliability. MelodyQR does not artificially slow down scans on the free plan.
What happens if I archive a SmartLink?
Its QR opens an archived page instead of the former destination. You can restore the link within 60 days. Its public identity is never silently reassigned to someone else. Analytics retention is separate from the restore window.
Can I purchase a paid plan today?
New workspaces start on Free. Choose Starter or Pro in Billing. Where checkout is enabled, you can review the amount in ARS before confirming your subscription.
